Privacy Notice

Calvior operates through UAE-licensed entities. For anything in this notice, contact info@calvior.com.

Only what you type into the enquiry form. That is your name, your work email, your brand or company, optionally your company location and role, the vertical you select, and your message.

We do not ask for, and you should not send, financial details, identity documents or any sensitive personal information through this form.

There is one hidden field in the form that people never see or fill in. It exists to catch automated spam. If it is completed, the submission is discarded.

We use your details for one purpose: to read and respond to your enquiry about a possible partnership. We do not use them for marketing, we do not build profiles from them, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry that you chose to send us — and, where you ticked the consent box, your consent.

Your enquiry passes through three places, and no others:

• Vercel — hosts this website and processes the form submission. Servers may be outside the UAE.
• Resend — sends the resulting email to our inbox. They handle the message in transit.
• Microsoft 365 — where our mailbox sits and where your enquiry is read.

We also keep a copy of each enquiry in secure storage provided by Vercel. This exists so that a temporary email failure cannot silently lose your message — not to build a database about you.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or pass it to anyone beyond the providers above.

Enquiries and the stored copies are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so that we can pick up a conversation where it left off. After that they are deleted. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we will.

This site sets no cookies and does not track you across other websites.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages are visited. It is cookie-free and the data is anonymised — it cannot identify you. If you remember a light or dark preference between visits, that is stored in your own browser and never sent to us.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our using it. Where you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Email info@calvior.com and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.

The site is served over HTTPS, the enquiry form is rate-limited against abuse, and access to stored enquiries is restricted. No system is perfect, but we do not keep more than we need, which is the most effective protection available.

If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and update the date at the top.
